About the Rally
The 2024 Sampson Rally will take place at Sampson State Park, 6096 Route 96A
Romulus, NY 14541 from May 30, 2024 to June 3, 2024. GPS Coordinates are Latitude 42.729141, Longitude -76.891724.
The website address is https://parks.ny.gov/parks/154/. To register, either call the campground at (315) 585-6392 or register online at NYS ReserveAmerica. Generally, the participants to the Rally are in loop 4. NY State changed their registration date, again, so participants are scattered around the State Park. The park isn’t that large, and there is plenty of room to park a RV during the day in loop 4, if you don’t have a toad.
The cost is $20 per coach, $10 per single coach, which will be used for a dinner, firewood, and other incidentals. If you need name tags, please indicate that on the participation form. If you have a permanent name tag, please bring it.
You may have secured a site(s) at the Campground for the Rally, but it’s NYS, and they ‘aint telling me anything. Please complete the form for the rally so I know who is attending and have enough food for the dinner so neither you, nor I, am embarrased, and no one goes hungry. We do not want unhappy campers.
After you complete the form, you can Venmo or Zell me the money. If you want to pay in cash, please complete the form accordingly. I REALLY prefer electronic payment. It’s much easier. The form requests the following information:
- Last name and first name or registrant
- Last name and first name of co-pilot
- Year and Floorplan of your motorhome (2017J, 2020D, 2008H, SOB)
- Your address, city, and state
- Your email address(es)
- Your phone Number
- Your site Number
