Seven Feathers Rally Schedule
Name Tags Required for all events!
Tuesday, September 12:
2:00 – 4:30 PM – Check In
Stop at the Registration Office to Check In. You will be escorted to your site. Once you are settled in your site, come to the BBQ Pavilion next to site 104 to check in to the rally and get your name tags.
5:00 – 7:00 PM – Wine and Cheese Happy Hour.
Come to the BBQ Pavilion, bring a wine glass and a chair if you wish. Food provided.
7:00 PM – Group Photo
Gather at the location listed on the white board for a group picture.
7:10 – 8:00 PM – Left, Right, Center Dice Game
Bring $3.00 to the BBQ Pavilion to see if you can win it all!
8:00 PM – Songs and Stories
Move to site 104 or Fire Pits in front of site 71; we’ll play it by ear! Bring chairs and guitars.
Wednesday, September 13:
8:00 – 9:30 AM – Coffee (bring your mug)
Coffee and treats in BBQ Pavilion hosted by Winnebago GoLife.
9:30 – 11:00 AM – Solar Tech Talk
Solar Tech Talk by AM Solar in the BBQ Pavilion. Bring your questions. Sign up for individual consultations.
11:00 – 12:00 PM – Connectivity Tech Talk
Connectivity Tech Talk by Cort Vaughan and Kris Knudsen in the BBQ Pavilion. WeBoost installation and Starlink will be covered. Bring your questions and other solutions to share with the group.
12:00 – 1:30 PM – Lunch
Lunch on your own. There is great food at the Farmers Market and Casino.
1:30 – 3:00 PM – Odd Open House & Mods Tour
Open House & Mods Tour for Odd # sites. Visit your neighbor’s coach. (optional)
3:00 – 4:30 PM – Even Open House & Mods Tour
Open House & Mods Tour for Even # sites. Visit your neighbor’s coach.(optional)
5:30 – 7:00 PM – Potluck Dinner.
Bring a dish to share with serving utensil, eating utensils and something to drink. Paper plates and napkins provided.
7:00 PM – Raffle.
Gifts have been provided by Winnebago and Lichtsinn RV. Site #s put in a basket.
7:30 PM – Activities

Thursday, September 14:
8:00 – 9:30 AM – Coffee (bring your mug)
Coffee (bring your mug) and treats in BBQ Pavilion hosted by Winnebago GoLife.
11:00 – 3:30 PM – Beer, Food Truck and Wine Tasting Event
There is a separate flyer with details available, or spend the day in the resort playing cornhole, swimming in indoor pool or hot tub, casino time or other activity.
5:30 – 7:00 PM – Dinner in BBQ Pavilion
Bring your own meat/poultry/portobello to BBQ. Bring utensils and something to drink. Bring a side dish or dessert to share with serving utensil. (Think easy; store bought cookies, cut up fruit, etc) or bring your own dinner to eat with the group. Optionally have dinner at casino.
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Activities
Songs and Stories, Dice Game, or Casino Time. (Must leave pavilion at 8pm). Migrate to site 104 or fire pit area.
Friday, September 15:
8:00 – 9:30 AM – Coffee (bring your mug)
Coffee (bring your mug) and donuts in BBQ Pavilion hosted by Winnebago GoLife.
11:00 AM – Check Out
Transportation for the duration of the Rally
The Seven Feathers Casino and RV Resort have a free shuttle that runs from 7AM – 2:30 AM. It will take you to the casino, the convenience store, or in town. Call 541-839-1140 and give your site number to request a ride.
