Registration |
Come by the Colonial Room to obtain your Permanent Name Tags (if needed), and your rally sticker. Dinner is on your own. |
| 6:00 PM–8 PM – Meet & Greet | Meet & Greet – Stop by the Colonial Room to meet your fellow travelers. Popcorn will be provided. Bring your favorite beer or wine to enjoy as you get settled in. |
| Day 2 – Tuesday, May 13, 2025 | |
| 8 AM – Coffee supplied by Winnebago | Morning coffee is supplied courtesy of Winnebago and their “Go Life” Community. Make your day start with coffee and the “Go Life” attitude. Enjoy the donuts. |
| 8 AM – 10 AM | Breakfast on your own. |
| 10-12 AM -Tech Talk | Subjects: Electrical, Starlink & Subjects of your interest. TBD |
| 12 PM – Photo Time | Group photo. |
| Noon – Lunch | Lunch on your own |
| 1-5 PM – Site seeing | On your own, visit Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown |
| 5-7 PM-Enjoy the view of the Jamestown marina | Billsberg Brewery, 2054 Jamestown Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185. There will be two food trucks to enjoy with your beers. This site is the Jamestown Marina. |
| 7PM –Until -Campfire bonding | Sitting around the campfire, outside of the Colonial Room |
| Day 3 – Wednesday, May 14, 2025 | |
| 8:30 AM – Pancake & Sausage Breakfast | Sausage & Pancake breakfast. Volunteers & Grill needed. Bring your own plate, cup & flatware. |
| 10 AM – 4 PM – Sight Seeing | On your own, visit Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown |
| 3 PM -4 PM | The Williamsburg Distillery tasting, Copper Fox Distillery 901 Capitol Landing Road Williamsburg, VA |
| 4 PM – 5 PM – Beer sharing | Bring some of your favorite beers (and wines) to share and discuss your travels and tell some of your tall tales. |
| 5 PM – 8 PM | Potluck – Bring one of your favorites, either a salad, side or desert. We will provide the meat (Pork BBQ-Carolina Style). Bring your own plate, cup & flatware. |
| 8 PM – 9 PM | Games – Left/Center/Right card game. Bring $(ones)$ to play the game. |
