Part numbers for Borg stems.

If your Sprinter has Steel inner dual wheels & Steel outer dual wheels with Oval holes 3.5″ x 1.75″ in the outer wheel your kit is the DL1SP16

If your Sprinter has Steel inner dual wheels & Steel outer dual wheels with Oval/ Round alternating holes oval size is 3″ x 1.25″ in the outer wheel your kit is the DL1SP

If your Sprinter has Steel inner dual wheels & Steel outer dual wheels with Round 1.5″ holes in the outer wheel your kit is the DL1SP13

If your Sprinter has Steel inner wheels & Aluminum Alcoa outer dual wheels with rounded rectangle holes 3.5″ x 1.5″ in the outer wheel your kit is DL1SPAL

If your Sprinter has Steel inner wheels & Aluminum NON-ALCOA outer dual wheels with Hexagonal shaped holes in the outer wheel your kit is DL2SPNA

If your Sprinter has Aluminum ALCOA inner wheels & Aluminum ALCOA outer dual wheels rounded rectangle holes 3.5″ x 1.5″ in the outer wheel your kit is DL1SPAA

I have the Stylized Aluminum wheels and installed the DL2SPNA on my 16V. I don’t think a DL3SPNA was available at that time.

For the fronts this is what they sent:
VHVS8175 1.75″
VHVS8075 0.75″ (recommended of using External TPMS)

I tried the longer ones, but didnt like the TPMS sensor resting on the wheel, so I went with the 3/4″ that they recommended, much better fit and air flow.

  1. The Borg Stems need to be updated for the 2020+ Winnebago. The information shown in the table is not valid as the wheel has been changed. I bought parts based on this information and now I have $140.00 that I cannot return.

  2. Did you call Kelly at Borg to order them? What style wheel do you have, that’s not on the list?

  3. I have an 11K, my simulators twisted and rubbed against the valve stem which resulted in a groove that does not extend to the internal airway. Wheels still hold pressure just fine. My question is, can I buy just a few select stems to replace damaged parts without purchasing the entire kit?

  4. Anyone have a problem with these leaking? I have one rear wheel that has developed a leak twice at the base of the stem. Installer is a Mercedes Sprinter shop.
